Impact Capital Partners is an Abidjan-based investment firm with USD 45 M AUM actively deploying into high-growth SMEs across francophone West Africa. We are mandated to identify 3–5 investment opportunities in the Agriculture Technology and Financial Inclusion verticals over the next 18 months. **What We Are Looking For** - Businesses with proven revenue traction (min. USD 200 K ARR) - Scalable models with technology at the core - Founders with sector expertise and strong operational teams - Clear path to Series A or regional expansion within 24 months **Our Process** 1. Initial NDA + deck review (2 weeks) 2. Management meeting & site visit (if applicable) 3. Term sheet issuance (target 6 weeks from first contact) 4. Due diligence & legal (8–10 weeks) 5. Close **Portfolio Companies** (for reference) - MobiSave (mobile savings, Sénégal) — Series A lead - GrainBridge (commodity exchange, Mali) — Seed co-investor - SolarPay (energy financing, Burkina Faso) — Debt facility

Minimum USD 200K ARR. Positive unit economics (gross margin >40%). Technology-enabled business model. Operating in at least one of our target markets. Founding team with minimum 3 years sector experience.

Beyond capital: board-level governance support, DFI co-investor introductions (IFC, Proparco, AfDB), regulatory advisory for cross-border expansion, and access to our portfolio network of 200+ buyers and distributors.

We do not invest in extractive industries, tobacco, gambling, or businesses without a clear positive social or environmental impact thesis.

Impact Capital Partners is led by Managing Partner Aminata Koné (ex-AfDB, 14 years in DFI structured finance) and Investment Director Jean-Luc Traoré (ex-Orange Ventures). The firm closed its inaugural fund (USD 18 M) in 2021 and is now deploying Fund II (USD 45 M, hard cap USD 60 M).
